Buildo is a construction-materials delivery service owned and operated by C V R INFRATECH, registered address 1, Chikkadoddavadi, Kolala, Koratagere, Tumakuru (Tumkur), Karnataka 572140, India. These terms apply to anyone who signs up to deliver orders through the Buildo Partner app (“Partner”).

ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ

Becoming a Partner
- You must be at least 18, hold a valid driving licence for your vehicle class, and have the right to work in India.
- You must complete identity, licence, vehicle and bank verification. We may use third-party verification providers and DigiLocker for this.
- If you use your own vehicle, it must be legally registered, insured and roadworthy. Keep documents valid. You cannot go online with an expired document.
- You may use only one device at a time. A new device needs OTP and selfie verification.
ಪಾರ್ಟ್ನರ್ ಆಗುವುದು
- ನಿಮಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 18 ವರ್ಷ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಹನದ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾನ್ಯವಾದ ಡ್ರೈವಿಂಗ್ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ ಇರಬೇಕು, ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಇರಬೇಕು.
- ಗುರುತು, ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್, ವಾಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ವೆರಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಹೊರಗಿನ (ಮೂರನೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ) ವೆರಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಜಿಲಾಕರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬಹುದು.
- ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ವಾಹನ ಬಳಸಿದರೆ, ಅದು ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು, ಇನ್ಶೂರೆನ್ಸ್ ಇರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓಡಿಸಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿಡಿ. ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದ ದಾಖಲೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ನೀವು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಹೋಗಲು ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಒಂದು ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಡಿವೈಸ್ ಬಳಸಬಹುದು. ಹೊಸ ಡಿವೈಸ್‌ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿಯ ಪಾಸ್‌ವರ್ಡ್ (OTP) ಮತ್ತು ಸೆಲ್ಫಿ ವೆರಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್ ಬೇಕು.
Doing deliveries
- Follow traffic laws and wear a helmet where required. Do not use the phone while riding or driving.
- Collect orders against the pickup checklist, deliver to the pin shown, and complete delivery with the customer OTP and the photos the app asks for.
- Handle goods with care and keep customers’ information private. Use customer details only for the delivery.
- Do not take cash or payment except through the app method shown for that order.
- Do not use fake location tools or tamper with the app.
ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ
- ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಲ್ಮೆಟ್ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಬೈಕ್ ಅಥವಾ ವಾಹನ ಓಡಿಸುವಾಗ ಫೋನ್ ಬಳಸಬೇಡಿ.
- ಪಿಕ್‌ಅಪ್ ಚೆಕ್‌ಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ, ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಪಿನ್‌ಗೆ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ OTP ಹಾಗೂ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಕೇಳುವ ಫೋಟೋಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ.
- ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗೌಪ್ಯವಾಗಿಡಿ. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಡೆಲಿವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಿ.
- ಆ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಆ್ಯಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ವಿಧಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ನಗದು ಅಥವಾ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ.
- ನಕಲಿ ಲೊಕೇಶನ್ ಟೂಲ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬೇಡಿ ಅಥವಾ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದಲು (ಟ್ಯಾಂಪರ್) ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಡಿ.
Location and safety
While you are online or on a trip, the app tracks your location, including in the background, as described in our Privacy policy. Use the SOS button in an emergency.
ಲೊಕೇಶನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ
ನೀವು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಾಗ ಅಥವಾ ಟ್ರಿಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಾಗ, ನಮ್ಮ ಗೌಪ್ಯತಾ ನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಆ್ಯಪ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಲೊಕೇಶನ್ ಅನ್ನು, ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಗ್ರೌಂಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ಸೇರಿ, ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ತುರ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ SOS ಬಟನ್ ಬಳಸಿ.
Earnings and payouts
Earnings are calculated using the rate card shown in the app. Payouts go to your verified bank account on the payout cycle shown in the app. Taxes such as TDS are deducted where the law requires, and the app shows deductions. Any penalty or recovery is shown with its reason.
ಗಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೇಔಟ್ (ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿ)
ಗಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆ್ಯಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವ ರೇಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪೇಔಟ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವೆರಿಫೈ ಆದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಕೌಂಟ್‌ಗೆ, ಆ್ಯಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವ ಪೇಔಟ್ ಸೈಕಲ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ಹೇಳುವ ಕಡೆ ಟಿಡಿಎಸ್‌ನಂತಹ (ಮೂಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡುವ ತೆರಿಗೆ) ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಕಡಿತಗಳನ್ನು ಆ್ಯಪ್ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ದಂಡ ಅಥವಾ ವಸೂಲಿಯನ್ನು ಅದರ ಕಾರಣದ ಜೊತೆ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
Relationship
These terms do not by themselves create employment. If you are a company driver, your employment terms are separate and prevail where they differ.

ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀವು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಡ್ರೈವರ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಬೇರೆಯದೇ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡರಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ನಿಯಮಗಳೇ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.
Suspension and ending
We may pause or end your access for safety reasons, fraud, repeated failed or late deliveries, expired documents or breach of these terms. You can stop at any time. Pending earnings are paid after any recoveries are settled.
ಸಸ್ಪೆಂಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು
ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯ ಕಾರಣ, ವಂಚನೆ, ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ವಿಫಲವಾಗುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ತಡವಾಗುವುದು, ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಿಂದ ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಕ್ಸೆಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು. ನೀವು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಗಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು, ವಸೂಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಚುಕ್ತಾ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
